Job summary

Learning Care Group in Kentucky is hiring Assistant Teachers who care for children and support families daily. You’ll follow licensing guidelines, maintain a fun, interactive classroom, and help create a safe, organized environment.

You will observe and assess children's development, communicate with families, participate in ongoing training and credential assistance, and benefit from tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules, and a 50% childcare discount.

Qualifications

• Meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
