Job summary

The Goddard School of Worthington Hills, OH is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support lead teachers and ensure a safe, nurturing classroom. The role emphasizes helping children develop socially and emotionally and building positive relationships with families.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma; an Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education is preferred. The school offers a supportive team, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within our nationwide Goddard community.

Qualifications
