Arkansas Early Learning Inc. is seeking a Program Assistant/Assistant Teacher to join our Head Start team. This entry‑level role supports staff by creating rich learning opportunities and reinforcing daily routines that foster each child's development.

The position offers a full-time schedule with weekends off, competitive pay and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, life and more, plus 32 paid days off in the first year.
