Guidepost Montessori's Prosperity campus in Charlotte, NC is hiring Assistant Guides to help children ages 0–6 develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, closing shift. Join a supportive, purpose-driven environment and grow with a collaborative team.

You’ll observe, prepare a calm classroom, support group activities, and build relationships with children and families, while embracing Montessori principles and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Availability to consistently work the 9:00 AM–6:00 PM closing shift.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required).
