Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to join our dedicated childcare team in a lively, supportive setting. You will help provide daily care, create an engaging classroom, and support families with clear communication and partnership.

Training on childcare topics is provided to grow professionally. We value energetic and dependable individuals who meet state guidelines for education and experience.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and childdevelopment topics.

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.21 - $17.69 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
