Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers in Ohio. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a fun, interactive classroom, and ensure daily care for every child. You will observe, assess, plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.

You will complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and development topics. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits and a childcare discount.

• Meet state or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Willing to complete extensive training on childcare topics.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $14.74-$15.31 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
