Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers in Indianapolis, Indiana, to care for children in our centers. We offer substantial benefits, flexible schedules with no nights or weekends, and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement through our Master Teacher Program.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will follow licensing guidelines, engage with children in a learning-focused environment, and collaborate with families to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and perform physical activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
