Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a caring team focused on the growth and well-being of children and families. You will contribute to a loving, organized classroom and participate in ongoing training and credential support.

We look for energetic, dependable individuals who meet state education requirements and enjoy working with children indoors or outdoors. This role emphasizes daily care, observation, and collaborative communication with families.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care.
• Develop observation, assessment and planning for children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Effectively communicate with families about children's daily progress.
• Assist with daily care and supervision indoors or outdoors with children.
• Support learning activities and age-appropriate classroom routines.
