Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing or accreditation education/experience requirements.
• Ability to observe, assess and plan for children with clear communication to families.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training on childcare and development topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
