Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in the United States is seeking an Infant Teacher Assistant to join our caring team. You will provide a warm, responsive classroom experience for infants.

You will build ongoing communication with families, support development, and collaborate with teachers to maintain routines and ensure licensing standards.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a CDA or degree preferred, prior licensed childcare experience, and a nurturing, patient approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States
