Children of America is seeking an Assistant Teacher in Indianapolis to support early childhood education. You will work closely with a team of educators to implement daily lesson plans and foster a caring, structured classroom that encourages growth and learning.

You will communicate with parents and staff, document child progress, and model empathy while upholding COA's standards. This role offers opportunities to grow into a Lead Teacher position and contribute to a diverse, inclusive learning

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills are essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

• Carry out daily lesson plans.
