Nurture your growth in early childhood education. A high school diploma is required, with an associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.
• Works productively without supervision.
• Basic understanding of child development.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in handling children.
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state education/credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through activities.
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, inviting learning space.
• Supervise and provide individualized support to children and foster belonging.
• Communicate with families about child progress and daily activities.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations.
