Learning Care is hiring assistant teachers to support children in a caring, structured environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, engaging classroom, and work closely with families to monitor each child’s growth and learning.

Training on childcare, preschool education, and development topics is provided to help you grow. Position emphasizes a supportive, family-friendly workplace with opportunities for ongoing training, credential assistance, and our Master Teacher

Qualifications

• Must meet state and accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
