Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is needed.
• Must pass required state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Support children’s development through engagement and positive interactions.
• Prepare classroom materials and ensure a safe, inviting environment.
• Supervise and provide support to children, fostering a sense of belonging.
• Communicate with families about their child’s progress and activities.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
