BrightPath Kids is hiring an Assistant Teacher in Liberty Township, Ohio. You will work with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children, following NAEYC guidelines and ensuring safety and supervision for ages 6 weeks through 12 years.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that is clean and enables children to grow and explore.
• Interact with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
