Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience working in a licensed childcare center or comparable setting.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in planning developmentally appropriate activities.
• Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment.
