Learning Care Group seeks Assistant Teachers in Minnesota to care for children in a licensed center. You will follow state guidelines, maintain a clean, engaging classroom, and support children's daily learning and development.

You will engage families with updates, participate in ongoing training, and grow your skills through our Master Teacher program, with a Monday–Friday schedule and access to health, tuition assistance, and a company match 401(k).

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child.
• Develop observation, assessment and planning skills for children.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities
