Learning Care is hiring assistant teachers in Brook Park, Ohio to support children and families within a caring team. A positive, collaborative workplace encourages growth, learning, and play every day.

We offer training, tuition assistance, credential support, and a Master Teacher Program. Compensation ranges from $12.73 to $13.23 per hour, with health insurance, 401(k) match, and childcare discounts for eligible employees.

Formación

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
