As an Assistant Teacher, you will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a safe, engaging classroom, observe and plan for children's development, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• Meet state licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
