Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking educators to join our team as Teachers in our early childhood education programs. You will implement our curriculum to meet each child’s needs, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.

You will also support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building positive relationships with families, teachers, state authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
