Job summary

Spring Education Group seeks an Elementary Assistant Teacher for Merryhill School to support a positive, structured elementary classroom and assist lead teachers with daily instruction. This role emphasizes academic encouragement, student engagement, and collaborative teamwork across staff and families.

You will help with small-group activities, reinforce routine expectations, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment for elementary students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with elementary-aged children in school, childcare, camp, tutoring, or youth-focused setting.

About the Role

As an Elementary Assistant Teacher at Merryhill School, you will support a positive, engaging, and academically focused elementary classroom environment. What We’re Looking For
