Job summary

pgsd is seeking an instructional assistant to support reading and language arts and mathematics for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year in Mississippi. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree or 48 college credits, a passing score on the WorkKeys Silver Certificate, and strong reading and writing skills.

Minimum Qualifications: Must possess an Associate's Degree or above; or must have at least 48 hours of earned college credit; or must provide passing scores for the Work Keys test (Silver Certificate). Proficiency in skills of reading and writing; Demonstrated interest in and a positive attitude toward the duties and responsibilities required to perform as an instructional assistant for teaching reading/language arts and mathematics. Must pass criminal background check as prescribed by state statute.
