The role emphasizes observation, development planning, and ongoing training to support early education. A Monday–Friday schedule with benefits is provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Successful completion of a background check is a prerequisite of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for children in a classroom setting.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children's development and learning.
• Communicate effectively with families about children's progress and needs.
• Engage in ongoing training on childcare, preschool, and development topics.
