Boys- in Clinton, TN is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in a safe, caring, and developmentally appropriate classroom. You will assist with activities, supervision, meals, and daily routines while maintaining compliance with DHS standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication as you engage children indoors and outdoors, follow procedures, participate in drills, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; currently enrolled in high school if allowed by policy.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Experience with children preferred.

Position SummaryThe Part-Time Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, caring, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
