Learning Care is a leading child care provider in Michigan, dedicated to caring for children and supporting families while valuing every team member. We are hiring Assistant Teachers who help maintain a safe, fun, and organized classroom and follow licensing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing guidelines for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Develop skills to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
