Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Cape May Court House, NJ, is seeking a dedicated classroom supervisor to support early childhood education programs. This role reports to the lead teacher and focuses on safe, engaging learning experiences for young children.

You will supervise the classroom daily, prepare the learning environment, set up interest centers, and ensure materials meet licensing and NAEYC criteria while promoting developmentally appropriate practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
• Ability to assist in preparing the learning environment and materials.
• Knowledge of licensing requirements and NAEYC Accreditation criteria.
