Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in the United States seeks a dedicated Teacher to join our team. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum in ways that honor each child's needs and support a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where kids can explore and grow.

You'll partner with families and center staff to meet enrollment goals, maintain compliance with licensing, and foster positive relationships with local communities, guiding young learners toward confidence and lifelong curiosity.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
