Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to deliver our curriculum in a classroom that is safe, nurturing, and conducive to learning. You will work closely with families and center staff to support enrollment, engagement, and overall center success.

You will implement the curriculum, adapt to each child’s needs, and build strong relationships with families, licensing authorities, and community partners to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
