Job summary

KinderCare Child Care is seeking a dedicated caregiver to implement its curriculum, creating a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn through play.

You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners. This is a hands-on role emphasizing safety, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong customer service and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task
