Guidepost Montessori in Verona, WI is hiring Assistant Guides and Teacher Assistants to support toddlers and preschoolers in a mixed-age classroom. You’ll help create calm, joyful spaces where children explore and grow at their own pace.

You’ll observe, prepare learning spaces, support group activities, and build warm relationships with children and families. We provide diploma sponsorship, ongoing mentorship, tuition discounts, and opportunities for career growth.

At Guidepost Montessori, our Assistant Guides are at the heart of the classroom. You'll help toddlers and preschoolers build independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning, and you'll grow right alongside them.

Your Impact

As an Assistant Guide, you'll join a mixed-age Toddler or Children's House (ages 3-6) classroom, helping create a calm, joyful environment where children are free to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

In a Montessori classroom, the environment and the guide work together to support each child's development. You'll help prepare beautiful, intentional learning spaces and support children through individualized and small-group activities, always with respect, patience, and care.

Most of all, you'll be there for the moment a child says, "I did it myself!" And you'll help make that moment happen.
