Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily care of children, engage with families, and participate in ongoing childcare training. The role emphasizes following licensing guidelines and maintaining an organized, interactive classroom.

Applicants should meet state/licensing requirements and be capable of indoor/outdoor activity with children. The program offers training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the Learning Care family.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop observation, assessment, and planning for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
