Our Assistant Teachers implement our curriculum alongside the Lead Teacher and a team of educators, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and passion for early childhood education. Who Would I Interact with?

This role involves daily interaction with the Lead Teacher, children, parents, management, and fellow staff.

What are the requirements for this job?
  • CDA (or childcare-related degree) preferred
  • 6 months of experience in licensed childcare
  • Flexibility in challenging situations

  • First Aid/CPR training required
  • Must meet all state requirements
