Job summary

Children of America is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support a nurturing, age‑appropriate learning environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. You will work within a team of educators to implement daily lesson plans and foster strong relationships with families and staff.

The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 to $16.00. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
