Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to nurture and support young learners at our child care centers. You will help create a learning-centered environment that encourages growth and lifelong curiosity.

We offer licensing-compliant practices, strong family communication, and opportunities for ongoing training, including our Master Teacher Program, with flexible schedules and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children physically.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
