Qualifications

• Experience working with children required.
• Experience with special needs, ASD, or ABA settings a strong plus.
• Patient, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in implementing daily classroom activities and routines.
• Support children with individualized learning and behavioral goals.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.
• Communicate progress and observations to teachers and clinical staff.
• Assist with documentation and data collection as needed.
