Job summary

Learning Care is seeking Assistant Teachers to join a compassionate, child‑focused community. You’ll help maintain a safe, fun, and organized classroom while following licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will observe, assess, and plan for children, communicate with families, and participate in training on childcare and development. The role offers weekday hours, hourly pay between $18.04 and $19.67, comprehensive benefits for full‑time staff, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $18.04 - $19.67 hourly, bi‑weekly and daily pay options; based on position, education, and experience.
