Learning Care Group is seeking Assistant Teachers to inspire children daily in our child care centers. Join a team that values learning, play, and growth, providing a structured routine, safe environment, and supportive supervision.

You will follow licensing guidelines, engage children indoors or outdoors, observe and plan activities, and communicate with families. Extensive training on childcare and child development topics is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.
