The Learning Experience in Deerfield Beach, FL is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a safe, engaging classroom. You will work with a Lead Teacher to support daily routines, learning activities, and growth in a welcoming environment.

You will engage children in age-appropriate play, maintain classroom procedures, assist with feeding and care, and communicate with families to ensure a positive, professional experience consistent with licensing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, nanny, camp, babysitting, or teaching preferred.
• Early Childhood Education coursework or training preferred.
• Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must meet applicable state licensing, background screening, health, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Assist Lead Teacher with lessons, activities, routines, and transitions.
• Maintain active supervision and support children's safety.

The Learning Experience is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support the care, learning, and development of infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children.

Working with a Lead Teacher, you'll help maintain a safe, engaging classroom and support children throughout their daily routines and learning activities.
