Your Role as an Assistant Teacher

We’re looking for enthusiastic assistant teachers, like you, who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Requirements

  • Hold a high school diploma or its equivalent and are able to pass a background check. Education in early childhood education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
