Learning Care Group is seeking Assistant Teachers in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will provide daily care and education for children, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

The position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.45 to $16.05 hourly, along with immediate health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match for full-time employees. Extensive training and education assistance are also provided.

Assistant Teachers

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and childdevelopment topics.

Wewant energetic, dependable individuals, with a passion for working with children, who have:

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $15.45-$16.05 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time‑off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full‑time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part‑time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week
