Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Must be able to earn swim instructor certification at hire.
• Must have Adult CPR/AED, First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within the first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Swim Lesson Instructors during lessons by demonstrating swimming techniques.
• Help manage class behavior and enforce pool regulations.
• Perform water rescues and administer first aid if needed.
