Maintains appropriate conduct during practices and games.
Attends league, conference and WVSSAC meetings.
Participates in activities promoting growth and development.
Motivates staff and players toward goals.
Leads by example in appearance, manners, behavior and language.
Develops high caliber instruction and designs practice organization.
Prepares pre-season planning and supervises managers and support staff.
