Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 1+ year of related experience OR high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to transport individuals

Responsibilities

• Ensure each resident receives high‑quality, person‑centered care aligned with their IPOP and goals
• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living needs such as hygiene, meals, mobility, and household tasks
• Promote learning, independence, and peer relationships
• Use conflict-resolution and SCIP‑R techniques when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and report progress or behavioral changes
• Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and problem-solving
• Share on‑call responsibilities to support staffing and crisis needs

As a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role within the home, supporting both the individuals we serve and the direct care staff who help them thrive.
