Job summary

Liberty Resources, Inc. is hiring a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor in Clay, NY to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.

You will help ensure high-quality care, support daily living needs, and assist in supervising staff. Responsibilities include supervising direct care staff, maintaining documentation, using crisis‑prevention techniques, and sharing on‑call duties to ensure seamless operations and safety for residents and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate’s + 1 year experience or HS diploma + 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to transport individuals.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented.
