Oregon Tool, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Kansas City, MO to support postponement and shipping functions, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
You will lead daily tasks, assist supervisors, and help achieve department goals while maintaining open communication. Qualified candidates have a High School diploma and warehouse exposure; Reach Truck and Cherry Picker experience is required.

Hourly Rate: $23.65/hr plus $1/hr when working 2nd shift = $24.65/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift (Tuesday-Friday) (330pm-2am)
Responsible for supporting postponement and shipping functions at the NADC including safety, quality and productivity through knowledge around Oregon Tool’s systems.
Assistant Supervisor supports team members in their daily goals, solving problems, proactively preventing problems as well as help build and sustain employee engagement. Work diligently to meet work schedules and deadlines.
In addition, they will facilitate supervisors in accomplishing department and company goals including entering daily picking numbers and audit lines.
