Job summary

Nibbi Brothers General Contractors is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Project Manager on multifaceted projects in the Bay Area. You’ll help manage safety, quality, scheduling, and field coordination, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Foreman or equivalent in the construction industry.
Must understand construction industry, safety, planning and scheduling, building trades and sequence of work.
Proficiency reading plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing job site safety, quality, and schedule from pre-construction to closeout.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards; champion safety culture.
Collaborate with Project Manager and project team; communicate with architect/engineers and subcontractors.
