Job summary

The role reports to the Superintendent and General Superintendent, with supervisory duties involved, and requires OSHA 30 certification along with a relevant degree. Responsibilities include administering the safety program, interpreting drawings, managing select operations, and aiding in daily/weekly reporting and scheduling updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 0–5 years of construction experience or related field in a similar role.
• Understanding of building plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety standards; OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site management of construction activities.
• Help administer project safety program for a safe work environment.
• Interpret drawings and submittals; provide technical assistance.
• Manage self-perform and subcontractor operations with safety, budget, and schedule oversight.
• Support daily/weekly tasks: reports, safety walks, schedules, and progress updates.
• Engage with client and project teams professionally; participate in business development.
