Job summary

Robins & Morton is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent on healthcare construction projects. You will coordinate R&M team members, trade partners and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze & interpret contract documents and safety rules
• OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred or obtained within first year
• Knowledge of healthcare construction and related processes

Responsibilities

• Plan and setup efficient jobsite layouts and activities
• Lead job activities per policies and contract scope
• Assist with prequalification and hiring of field labor
• Maintain daily logs of jobsite activities and events
• Lead and schedule tasks of trade partners
• Develop, train and resolve conflicts among team members
• Support Superintendent with site leadership and direction
• Lead field management personnel to meet requirements
