The Conlan Company is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on active US projects. This role involves on-site coordination of self-perform and subcontractor work, scheduling, quality checks, and ensuring site safety and cleanliness.
Applicants should have 3+ years in general contracting management, strong scheduling knowledge, and solid communication skills.

Assist project superintendent with supervision, coordination, and control of all construction activities including: direct supervision of construction personnel, coordination of subcontractors, job scheduling, material coordination, quality control, project reporting, safety monitoring and documentation, and customer relations. Assistant superintendent shall spend most of their time onsite coordinating self-perform work as well as subcontractor work, checking quality and accuracy of work, resolving coordination issues, scheduling work activities and material deliveries, and ensuring site safety and cleanliness.
