Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Assistant Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and promote products and services. This temporary role trains under Elite/Master Stylists for the first months, then begins serving guests of their own while focusing on performance, guest service, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior stylist and mentor during the first 3 months to learn procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and product recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• After month 3, perform hair services and basic styling to build client relationships.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety/sanitation standards.
